Tamiya 1/12 Scale Honda RA273 F1 Car with Photo-Etched Parts Model Kit

HISTORY:

Honda's Formula 1 history began when the company decided to take the bold step of creating its own race car, developing its own engine, and entering a factory team in the 1964 season. New regulations specifying 3-litre engines in 1966 meant Honda had to design a new machine, the RA273. John Surtees replaced Richie Ginther as Honda's top driver in 1967, and an improved machine showed promise by taking 3rd place at the South African Grand Prix.
