Royal Mail Tracked

Why Choose Tracked? Delivered by your postman, fully trackable, SMS and email notification, peace of mind and no waiting 15 days for missing parcels. Usually works out faster than our standard postal services.

We aim to send your order using a Royal Mail Tracked service, unless the order is over-size or weight, where upon it will up graded to a courier service. 

Maximum Postage

A postage charge of £7.95 is applied regardless of the order value. This includes bulky items such as large wood panels and wood packs, or flammable goods.

Overseas EU Shipping

We ship to all EU destinations using airmail for orders under 2 Kilos, the cost depends on weight of order, please feel free to email us or place the order and we will contact you with the postage price.

Order over 2 Kilos are sent with courier. Deliveries are divided into zones, and different zones have different costs and delivery times. The costs stated below are per parcel sent by Tracked Courier for overweight goods.

Overseas Rest Of Worlds Shipping

We ship orders world wide and the cost depends on weight and/or size of order, please feel free to email us before you place the order to confirm the shipping price. We use Royal Mail and our couriers DHL or FedEx, who pass your order on to their local operatives for your area. You will be charged postage depending on the size and weight of the order, usually £6 - £10 for standard post and £20 for tracked postage. If you are not charged postage automatically, it means we will contact you with the best shipping cost we can offer for your order shortly after (we will e-mail you for your authorisation before processing the additional postage charge).

Please note: If your order exceeds the maximum weight or length allowed for standard post or tracked post, we may require an additional postage payment before sending. If this is the case, we will contact you shortly after you order regarding this matter.

Will I have to Pay Customs Charge? 

Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Unfortunately, Hobbies Ltd has no control over these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The shipping charges you pay to Hobbies Ltd only cover shipping costs, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of additional fees are refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, but not including shipping costs.

Hobbies Ltd has no way of accurately calculating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. On rare occasions, your order may be delayed due to the customs process. If your order takes more than two weeks to arrive from the moment you receive your shipment notification, check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, a refund will be provided if the products are returned, unused and in their original condition, within 14 working days of the customer receiving them. Return postage and packaging is to be paid by the customer. We will refund payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.


If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we must await confirmation from the courier or postal service used that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items. Placing a claim to have the value of the item refunded can take between 15 and 30 days. We require written confirmation from the customer before any claim can be processed. The best way of doing this is to send us an email outlining your order number along with your name and the delivery address.  In some cases we will not be able to despatch a replacement until this claim is complete.
