With an estimated 460 hours of building, the kit combines laser-cut wooden components, traditional hull planking, detailed fittings and an extensive rigging system. Full-size plans, step-by-step instructions and video tutorials guide you through the construction process.

HISTORY:
The Royal Fortune is associated with Bartholomew Roberts, the Welsh pirate better known as Black Bart, who became one of the most successful pirates of the Golden Age of Piracy. Operating in the Atlantic and Caribbean between 1719 and 1722, Roberts captured hundreds of vessels and commanded a succession of ships named Royal Fortune.
Roberts was known for his bold attacks on merchant shipping and his disciplined approach to commanding his crews. His career came to an end in February 1722, when he was killed during a battle with HMS Swallow off the coast of West Africa. His death marked the end of one of the most remarkable careers in the history of piracy.
