Scale Model Scenery Utility Building/Plant Room OO Gauge

The KX048-OO is a small versatile OO gauge / 1/76 scale industrial building suitable for industrial scenes, lineside depots & yards, sewage works scenes and more. Based on a real life prototype in the waterworks close in Truro, Cornwall, the building comes with a choice of weathered stretcher bond brick or grey rendered wall. The building features casement windows to the front and rear, along with front and rear doors which can be posed open if required. The windows are fully glazed and are easy to assemble, and additional exterior detail including electrical cable and rear drain pipe add to the finish.

Also included is an alternative set of buff stone wraps which can be used to give the building a more rural feel. 

The kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly and comes with fully weathered paper wraps and bitumen roof, with no additional painting or weathering required on the main components for a "Realistically Better" finish straight from the pack.

The window & doors are supplied laser-cut from eco-friendly laserboard and are packed with detail including engraved planks & lock detail to the front door. These will require painting with acrylic paints prior to assembly or colouring with suitable markers. 

The interior of the building is supplied unfinished so you can simply paint the walls in your preferred colour as required.
