Scale Model Scenery Ultra-Low Relief Modern Industrial Unit OO Gauge
A versatile, ultra-low relief laser-cut modern building kit for OO gauge model railway layouts and 1/76 scale diecast dioramas. Being just 6mm deep this building gives maximum impact in a very tight space.
Packed with realism including photorealistic, pre-weathered brick & cladding textures, doors and a choice of company signage, the KX018 Low Relief Industrial Unit will look the part on any modern image model railway layout from the early 1980's through to present day. Modelled on a real-life industrial unit near Lee Circle in Leicester, it will work perfectly as a standalone industrial unit or as part of a larger industrial estate scene, backing onto a road or railway line.
The kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly and the fully weathered paper wraps mean no additional painting or weathering is required for a "Realistically Better" finish to the walls and main building straight from the pack.
The only part that will need painting is the laser cut door frame, which can be painted with your preferred colour artists acrylic paint.
