HISTORY:

Viking longships were fast, versatile vessels used by Scandinavian seafarers during the Viking Age, approximately from the late 8th to the 11th century. Their long, narrow hulls and shallow draught allowed them to navigate both open seas and inland waterways, making them suitable for exploration, trade and raids.
