Krick 1/25 Scale Felix Harbour Launch Model Kit

Build and sail a traditional Hamburg harbour launch with this beginner-friendly 1/25 scale kit, featuring an ABS hull, laser-cut wooden components and the motor and running hardware required to bring Felix to life on the water.

ABOUT THE KIT:

Felix is based on original shipyard drawings of a traditional Hamburg harbour launch, combining an authentic scale appearance with straightforward construction. The vacuum-formed ABS hull has the keel moulded in to simplify installation of the prop shaft and rudder, while the deck and superstructure components are accurately laser cut. HISTORY:

Felix represents the traditional harbour launches once commonly seen around the Port of Hamburg. These compact, versatile vessels served a variety of duties, working as transport boats and carrying visitors and passengers around the busy harbour.

Krick developed Felix from original shipyard drawings of a Hamburg harbour launch, preserving the characteristic appearance of the full-size vessels while adapting the design into an approachable model boat kit.

This model kit includes no radio control equipment apart from the motor, rudder, prop shaft, prop, and couplings.

To make your boat fully radio-controlled, we recommend purchasing the following products:

•  2-Channel 2.4GHz Stick Transmitter

•  5-Channel Receiver

•  Instruction Manual

•  NiMH Battery Charger

•  7.2v NiMH Battery

•  Speed Controller 15 amp Plug & Play

Paints and glue are required to complete this model kit. Not included. Available separately.
