Australian outback truckers covering enormous distances on rugged and unsealed roads needs to equip their rigs with special modifications. They include a huge bull-bar (roo-bar), a sheet of wire mesh for windscreen protection, special dust filters, additional long range fuel tanks, heavy duty wheels, airconditioning and an array of different driving lights. Bulk goods are normally Transported in Road Trains, Which can have up to 3 trailers with a total length of over 31 metres.
Because of the long distances that drivers Australians have to travel, often on roads with poor conditions, their trucks have a special equipment. Absolutely necessary is the enormous "Roo-bar" (protection against kangaroos) in front, also a safety net of parabrezzo, sand filters, additional fuel tanks, air conditioning and a variety of additional lights. For transport over long distances often use a "road train" that can have up to 3 trailers with a length of more than 31 m. Our "Western Star" has right hand steering.

The Italeri Truck Accessories Set
Contains 203 parts - accessories for trucks in America and Europe. Includes clear parts, multiple colour wires, chrome parts, and parts moulded in grey. Parts include mags, light bars, a tyre jack, a fire extinguisher, a small Michelin Man figure, mirrors, and horns for the road, among other things. Three unassembled driver figures included. Large colourful decal sheet with many various markings, including plates. Multiple parts are organized on sprue trees.
Starter Paint Pack Includes:
6 x 17ml Vallejo model paints. Vallejo paints are supplied in plastic bottles of 17ml with an eyedropper device which keeps paint from drying and prevents spills. The model color range has been specifically developed for adherence on difficult surfaces such as metal and plastic, but the product is not toxic, not flammable, and does not give off noxious fumes.
