The F-4S Phantom II "Black Bunny" is a unique supersonic multi-role fighter that has made aviation history! The most notable and famous use of the bunny image comes from the Navy's Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Four (VX-4) from NAS Point Mugu, CA. This squadron is responsible for operational testing of advanced aircraft systems. In this role, the bunny's head adorned the tails of some of the US Navy's most legendary fighters, including the F-4 Phantom II.
The COBI block model consists of 608 elements and allows you to build the iconic F-4S Phantom II in the "Black Bunny" version. The licensed set reproduces the plane in 1:48 scale with the utmost attention to detail. It has movable ailerons, an opening cockpit, detachable landing gear and weapons, as well as characteristic prints. The set includes a block display stand and a plate with the name and scale of the plane.
