Bandai One Piece Grand Ship Collection Going Merry Model Kit
Set sail with the Straw Hat Pirates aboard the Going Merry! Based on the ship's distinctive appearance in Netflix's live-action ONE PIECE series, this compact Bandai model kit combines realistic wood textures, colourful moulded parts and an eye-catching wave display base to recreate Luffy's first pirate ship.
ABOUT THE KIT:
The Going Merry joins Bandai's Grand Ship Collection in its live-action Netflix design. Compared with the ship's animated appearance, this version features a more realistic interpretation with detailed timber textures, an intricately sculpted sheep figurehead and the distinctive sails seen in the series.
The model is moulded in multiple colours, allowing the Going Merry's characteristic appearance to be recreated straight from the box without painting. Stickers are supplied for additional details, including the Straw Hat Pirates' Jolly Roger displayed proudly on the main sail.
A small seated Monkey D. Luffy figure is included and can be positioned at the bow, adding an extra touch of character to the completed ship.
The included wave-effect display stand creates the appearance of the Going Merry sailing across the sea and allows the finished model to be presented as a compact nautical display.
Bandai's snap-fit construction allows the precisely moulded plastic components to be assembled without glue, making this an accessible project for newcomers while still offering plenty of detail for experienced model builders and ONE PIECE collectors.
